Cardio-Kickboxing Classes

2010 IS THE YEAR TO FEEL AND LOOK GREAT!

Laura Bryan, Cindy Watson and Joey Imperatori lead classes that teach you great form and challenge you for the entire session. Every class is a complete body workout executing full-power boxing punches and karate kicks on a heavy bag, while incorporating resistance bands and weights to achieve that sculpted body you've always wanted! There are no uniforms or sparring (just wear workout clothes).

Morning Schedule

Tuesdays: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Fridays: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Evening Schedule

Mondays: 6:45 – 7:45 p.m.
Wednesdays: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Try each class free once, then purchase an attendance card for $120 that allows ten visits. Childcare is available for the Tuesday and Friday morning classes ($3 per child).
